Terms and Conditions :

Standard

  1. Participant should be 18 years of age or more and should be a bonafide resident of India.
  2. By Participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from our end.
  3. J9 will not be responsible for non delivery of response messages arising out of network congestion at the operator's end.
  4. Successful winners will be called from J9's end and will be initimated about their status.
  5. All disputes arising out of the contest service will be settled in Delhi.

Supplement contests (Josh, Sangini, Jhankaar, Tarang & Yatra)

  1. Participant should be a bona-fide resident of India.
  2. Contests are based on either simple logic or question-answer format.
  3. We are tied up with Airtel, Idea, Hutch, Reliance, BSNL, MTNL and Tata Indicom as our operator partners for our weekly contests.
  4. Operator wise SMS charges are as follows: Airtel/Idea/Hutch/Reliance/BSNL – Rs.3, MTNL – Re.1 & Tata Indicom – Rs.2 per SMS (participants are requested to check with their operators).
  5. When you send SMS to us in regards to use of the service, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communication with us electronically.
  6. Contests would be announced through print advertisements and would be open for that particular day only.
  7. J9 and its partners are not responsible of any failure of systems/technology etc. as a result of which the service does not receive your Sms.
  8. Final winner will be picked out of correct responses received at our end. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.
  9. Winners name will be published in subsequent issues and winners will be informed about their status on their mobile numbers.
  10. Employees of J9 and it’s associates or any family member/relative are not eligible to participate in the weekly contests.

Twenty - Twenty Cricket Contest

  1. Participant should be 18 years of age or more and should be a bonafide resident of India.
  2. By Participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from our end.
  3. Participant will be served questions related to cricket upon sending WIN from their mobile phones.
  4. Correct answer will fetch either 4 or 6 runs and wrong answer will result in loss of a wicket.
  5. Objective is to score 20 runs as quickly as possible with losing minimal number of wickets.
  6. Contest is open to subscribers of Airtel, Hutch, Idea, BSNL, Tata Indicom, Reliance (CDMA), Aircel, MTNL & Spice ( Punjab).
  7. If there are more than one Customers with Score 20 then the winner will be decided based on draw of lots.
  8. Conetst will start on 11 Sep 07 and ends on 24 Sep 07.

Navratri Contest

  1. Participant should be 18 years of age or more and should be a bonafide resident of India.
  2. By Participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from our end.
  3. This is a limited period contest, which will start on the 12th Oct 2007 and end on the 20 th Oct 2007(Contest Period).
  4. Correct answer will fetch 10 points.
  5. Objective is to score maximum.
  6. Contest is open to subscribers of Airtel, Hutch, Idea, BSNL .
