4. Shipping and Delivery:  

The shipping and delivery process has been kept very simple for your convenience:

• Delivery time: Between7 – 10 working days
• Delivery Charges: Rs.125/- for Cash on Delivery, Rs.75/- for Credit card and account transfer.
• Shipping charges of Rs. 125/- extra on all products
• Shipping charges on Home Theatre systems would be over and above Rs. 125/-

5. Refunds and Returns

• All products come with a manufacturer warranty from 6 months to 1 year
• Any manufacturing defect in a product is replaced free of cost from our end.
• Any problem during the warranty period is serviced or replaced free of cost.
• For any defect / breakage etc from the customers end or after the warranty period , we could assist in the service or repair of the product.

6. Important Points

• All products featured are available based on our stock situation.
• If any product is not available or sold out , we could substitute it with a similar product in terms of quality and features after informing the customer.
